Fascia is the aluminum non rust trim that goes around the house and behind the gutters to protect the water from getting in to the wood of the house.  Broken off fascia will not only make the home look worse but will cause damage to the structural wood of the home resulting in expensive repairs.

Soffit are an essential part of any home.  It allows the attic to breathe through the soffit vents.  Without properly installed soffits the attic would swell and create moisture resulting in mold.
